The most effective answers to the most demanding requirements of present-day manufacturing processes, with a special focus on chemical processes. Ionex industrial filter housings are made from AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel, are chemically compatible with industrial fluids, may contain from 1 to 36 DOE (Double Open End) type filter cartridges with rated heights of 10, 20 and 30 inches; on request they are available with O-ring 2-226 end cap configuration. Highly compact and sturdy, they are able to withstand heavy duty conditions, frequent opening and closing cycles, aggressive chemical wash processes. Their efficiency is also based on innovative functional design, available in two specific versions: single cartridge housings suitable for wall-mounting via ad hoc brackets, and multi-cartridge housings – from the MIDI and BIG series – having three supporting legs and equipped with steel cartridge positioning disks.
